Way overpriced. Started out at a reasonable price of $185/mo for a 10x10. Has increased to $230 after 2 years with no improvements in service or facilities. Personnel are knowledgeable and courteous when available. Grounds are well kept and lit.<br>Just got another rent increase 9/25/2025 to $290 for the 10x10 with no improvements in service or property. At 80 years of age, like elder abuse. They want my SS check so bad. Overpriced.
