Common questions
Things movers ask before signing up.
Do I have to claim my listing if I'm already in your directory?
No. Listings populate automatically from public sources so movers don't have to lift a finger. Claiming lets you edit your profile, respond to leads, and unlock the dashboard. It's free and takes two minutes.
What if my business isn't in your directory yet?
Use the Add your moving company form to submit your business. We'll review it (USDOT lookup, basic anti-spam) and your listing goes live after a quick operator review.
Can I cancel my paid listing anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscribers cancel from the billing tab in their dashboard — the listing reverts to free at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers can cancel anytime; pro-rated refunds are handled case-by-case.
Do you sell my leads to other movers?
No. Every consumer chooses who to contact — either by requesting a quote directly from your listing, or by telling Robert to share their shortlist. Leads belong to the mover the consumer picked. We do not resell.
What happens to leads if I'm a free listing?
Free listings still show on the directory and the quote-request form still works for the consumer. The inquiry gets held in your dashboard with a notification email, and you'll be prompted to upgrade to a paid listing, which lets you buy and respond to leads pay-as-you-go. The consumer is told their request is queued.
How do paid leads work?
Your paid listing unlocks the ability to receive pre-qualified leads. Leads are pay-as-you-go — you fund a prepaid balance and only pay for the leads you actually take. Pause anytime, no contracts. And if there are no leads for you in a given period, your balance stays untouched. We never charge for leads that aren't there.
How does the 10% loyalty discount work?
Active paid-listing subscribers get 10% off the recurring monthly on any Majestic Automation service (chatbot, voice agent, Quote Bot, bundles — everything). The discount is grandfathered — if you cancel your paid listing later, you keep the discount on any agency service you'd already started.
What's the difference between the directory and Majestic Automation?
Majestic Moving Companies is the consumer-facing directory — how customers find you. Majestic Automation is the operator-side automation suite that helps you convert those leads (chatbot, voice agent, automated follow-up, etc.). Same team, two products. Your paid directory listing is the cheapest on-ramp to both.
How do you collect reviews? Can I dispute one?
Reviews are aggregated from established public review platforms — we don't write them or solicit them. If you believe a review violates the source platform's policy, dispute it there; once removed, it drops from our aggregation on the next sync. We don't accept "remove this review for $X" requests under any circumstances.
How do you make money if listings are free?
Two ways: paid listings ($19/mo) and Majestic Automation services for movers who want to convert more of the leads they're getting. The free tier exists because directories that paywall the basic profile end up small. We'd rather have every U.S. mover listed.
