Groove Moving

Yesterday, I moved locally, using the services of Groove Moving Company. Over the years, I have moved quite a lot, so I know very well the qualities that are important in relocation. All six guys there were above and beyond amazing!!! I have a lot of large heavy pieces of furniture, one with a mirrored door and another with glass doors. They handled all of that very skillfully yet, always careful to watch the schedule so as not to go over the scheduled time. They carefully wrapped my china and Crystal glassware. They were kind and considerate at all times. When I booked the service, I was given a firm price which was very reasonable. The price was not increased even in the least. I cannot say enough good about the service I received from Groove. I was literally blown away the performance of these movers!!!

It was overall a great experience. I had to organize and pack for my moving within limited time and they made everything so easier. Jack promptly responded to my messages, they provided boxes in advance, and the guys arrived on time and helped with my final packing, too. They handled my electronics and furnitures with care and skills. I needed my bed disassembled and reassembled and that was done beautifully. They had to walk longer than expected distance from their truck to my new place, but they completed it without complaining. They worked great as a team which made everything so quick, so I didn’t have to pay any more than their minimum. I appreciate them for being so professional and nice. Highly recommend!

Rashad wrapped my art at the affordable art fair in NYC. I had a bunch of things and didn’t know how I’d get to the subway and he was a meticulous wrapper. The art is easy to carry and it’s very secure. He was a great help and very professional.
