This was my first time using a full-service mover and having a team pack for me, and it was well worth the expense. I would not have been able to do this move without them, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Two Men and a Truck. Moving from a three-story condo in late-May Arizona heat is an absolute nightmare scenario, but New York (the crew lead) and his team turned it into a seamless experience.<br><br>The communication was fantastic from the start. They called me before arrival to confirm everything. They arrived right at the earliest part of their estimated window, ready to work. Thursday was packed full of careful, efficient packing, and they were right back at it at 8:00 AM on Friday for the heavy lifting.<br><br>It was a grueling, long day, but this crew were consummate professionals. Running up and down three flights of stairs in that heat is physically exhausting, yet they maintained a great attitude, were incredibly respectful, and never complained once about the strain or the temperature.<br><br>Now that I am in my new home and unpacking, I am even more impressed. Absolutely nothing was broken. Everything was packed in a logical order, and they wrapped everything so delicately and professionally. When they unloaded, they actually asked me where I wanted things to go and put them in spots that made sense. They clearly labeled the boxes, making my life so much easier right now. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping me lay out my carpets and reassembling my furniture perfectly.<br><br>They exceeded every expectation. I would recommend New York and his crew to absolutely anyone looking for a stress-free move. Exceptional job!

My only issue was that even thought boxes were clearly labeled with the room they go in, they just stuck most of the boxes in what will be an office. For instance, boxes that were clearly labeled, "Garage" ended up in the office.<br><br>Also, I had a relatively new work bench that has bent legs on one end. The only thing that could cause those legs to bend that way is a sudden stop.<br><br>Other than that, they did a good job of wrapping furniture, TV's, etc.
