U-Haul Moving & Storage at Peters St

I have been in the middle of what has been easily one of the most challenging moves of my life and the team at this location from the cleaning crew to the truck attendants to the counter staff has made my experience as pleasant and streamlined it can be given the circumstances.<br><br>Essence and Mr. G are two standouts from my immediate memory as well as a younger gentleman with facial piercings. He had a great sense of humor and lightheartedness. I failed to get his name.<br><br>Thank you to the all the team members at this location both named and unnamed. I will return!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this Peters St location! My plans changed and I ended up having to rent the van last minute. I was able to see the inventory online, make a reservation, and the van was there for me when I showed up less than an hour later. The three gentlemen working - one behind the desk and two on the lot - worked well as a team, and were very helpful, quick to answer questions, polite, and even encouraging! It was an easy return process with the app, which they explained to me ahead of time. I would absolutely recommend this location! The equipment was excellent, in pristine condition, and most of all the service was excellent.

Malikhi and Steven both were of great help and went above and beyond their job duties. Pretty much saving my whole family, in the rain. These gentlemen should get the upmost recognition as they were exceptional! I cannot say thank you enough especially during a time of need. Thank you Malikhi and Steven!
