U-Pack

UPack (and ABF) were phenomenal in helping us move across the country. The drivers endured some serious weather just dropping off and picking up the trailer! Everyone involved was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience one we would repeat. Great job by all involved!

Excellent service! This was by far easier than I expected. Relocubes were delivered in time in the initial location. Picked up within hours after I called to let them know they were ready. Delivered next day once they arrived at the location. Exactly 3 business days and my relocubes arrived (I was able to track where they were) they fit 2 cubes in one parking spot so it was easy to have that one parking available for them. Dispatch was very helpful when I asked them to pick up the empty cubes as soon as possible. If you are doing long distance move make sure you use them. I used moving help and had to give my helpers an specific time to be here to help me load and unload, I was very nervous about Upack failing me, but no, they went above and beyond my expectations. They deserve the good review!

I used upack trailer in which i booked 13 feet of space for my 2 BHK apartment move from NJ to CA. Initially i did not had address in CA so i booked trailer for terminal delivery with advance quote for zip code where i was looking to settle down so that i dont get surprise quote at last minute when i am going to request door delivery later. End to end experience was very smooth. Everything took place at expected date and timeframe they gave. They Picked the trailer in NJ on Monday and i got the call on following Monday that trailer is at terminal in CA at that point i gave them home address and requested delivery following day which got done without any follow up. When i opened the trailer i was surprise to see no stuff moved in truck. Everything was as it was loaded with professional help. No damage was found. I was happy to see quick delivery and how whole process worked end to end. I would definitely recommend them to friend and family and would surely use them if i have to in future. Did i mention before they were the lowest price for my such a long distance move from NJ to CA.

Great company to use for moving. They made it very easy and had a variety of options to make it cheaper or more convenient. Easy to change or cancel your order before the move. Our box made it to the destination quickly and was delivered right on time. I will use them every time we move.

Excellent idea and service. No need to worry about your items lost or stolen. I felt it is very safe and secure during my move. Its all depends on our own packing how we packed inside the relocube. I had very bad experiences before with the other third party movers who do packing and moving or outsource to third party movers. I felt secure because I packed all my stuff the way I want it, very safely and securely and also I lock the relocube myself so that no one else could access it. And also cube got delivered to me within a week of time that was impressive. I don't have to wait for a month like other movers do.

Upack made my move simple. Enough time to load and unload. Ontime pickup and delivery. Always take Relocube. Trailer occupies more parking space and your apartment folks may not allow to park your trailer. Loading and unloading is very simple in Relocube. 1 king size mattress, one 3 seat sofa, two 1 seat sofa, and 30 very big boxes can be loaded. If you take trailer you can load whatever but parking is difficult. Thanks Upack.
