This was no small feat — moving a two-story, four-bedroom home with a lot of patio furniture is a big job, and the crew handled it with professionalism and efficiency.<br><br>They worked hard nonstop, kept a great attitude the entire time, and provided excellent customer service. They took great care of our belongings and treated our home and property with respect throughout the entire move.<br><br>A big thank you to Alex, Johnny, Hector, Carlos, and Gustavo for all of the hard work and professionalism. It did not go unnoticed.<br><br>What stood out even more was the owner, Josh, personally following up after the move to check in and make sure the team met our expectations. Josh‘s team was meticulous about wrapping delicate items. All couches were wrapped TVs were moved and wrapped all ofhis team were courteous and respectful. They wanted to do a good job and please us. They are very quick but careful.<br>All boxes were labeled, and they placed them in their proper place.<br>Their cost was substantially less than other quotes we got from the big Companies.<br>I would Recommend new horizons to my friends. I consider them my friends now.<br>I discovered that Josh had grown up on Vashon Island, where my cousin Lives. My cousin said they were a highly respected family on the island.

Despite this, Josh and his team showed unbelievable dedication. They worked over 12 hours straight in tough, slippery conditions to make sure our entire move was completed.<br><br>They handled a full multi-story home with four bedrooms, and not a single item was damaged. Everything was packed, moved, and placed with care and efficiency. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, hardworking, and genuinely great to be around.<br><br>What really stood out was how far they went beyond expectations—they even sat down and had dinner with us at the house, which just speaks to the kind of people they are. On top of that, they offered to come back on a following day to help relocate some of the heavier items, which we truly appreciated.<br><br>If you’re looking for a moving company you can trust—especially in less-than-ideal conditions—New Horizons Moving Company is the one to call.
