Me and my boyfriend used On The Go Moving for a second time after having such a positive experience the first time. During our first move there was a minor scheduling issue where the movers showed up 2 hours early but as we were home it wasn't an issue. Despite that we received a coupon which was honored 2 years later. Irving, Mister and Jonathan were the movers used this time and they were all fantastic. They were kind, personable and very careful with moving. There was some minor scratches to our trash can during the move but nothing else had any damage during the move. I would definitely use On The Go for our next move.

OTG Moving — they were truly remarkable! I cannot believe how much they accomplished in one day, including a ton of work not in the original bid — and for a very reasonable price. Each of the 5 employees who arrived to move 20 years worth of belongings in my 3000 ft home were professional, incredibly kind, and worked his tail off! They barely took a break over the course of a 9 hour move! Everything was treated with kid gloves, carefully wrapping and gingerly transporting items of value as well as total junk. They were able to accommodate us immediately, and the entire process from intake to final move day was smooth, clear, and professional. Eric was communicative, flexible, and made sure we understood exactly what to expect with pricing and timing.<br><br>The move itself was easily the best moving experience I’ve had. Hector and the crew showed up on time, communicated well throughout the day, and handled a very tight apartment setup with ease. They worked incredibly efficiently, finished faster than estimated, and took exceptional care with fragile items and furniture. The entire team was friendly, respectful, and clearly well trained. Nothing was damaged, everything fit in one trip, and the final cost actually came in lower than expected because of how efficiently they worked. I used On the Go Movers about five years ago and had a great experience then too, but this move was even better. I would absolutely use them again.
