Julio, Michael, Samantha, and Santiago exercise such warmth and professionalism that this is my only go to for truck rentals in Denver!<br><br>Past Review:<br>Santiago and person with beautiful green nails whose name I never caught were so amazing and personable. Not sure why this U-Haul store at Mile High Station has such low stars. The whole rental process was straightforward.<br>Sam the lady that worked at the checkout counter was extremely sweet and funny the whole time. I had an error processing my credit card online and she fixed it on her side immediately. She was working extremely fast and efficiently with a smile on a busy morning to make sure the wait wasn’t long.<br>Michael who checks the vechiles out in the lot was awesome too. Very helpful with questions and nice. Both staff members I interacted with in my opinion were 5-star employees
