“I wish I could give 0 stars! The owner Jamie is the rudest, most unprofessional, mean person I have ever dealt with. He shows up out of nowhere and starts yelling that certain items were “not on our list” and saying the movers aren’t moving that. They moved a little over half of our 3 bedroom house (with 2 less than half filled trucks) and then he wanted to charge an astronomical amount after inflating the time by double and adding charges for items that they DIDN’T MOVE! When I disputed the unbelievable amount he said we owed, he told the movers to stop unloading and close the hatch. He was going to leave with our stuff! We had no choice but to pay what he demanded because he was holding our belongs hostage. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a business before! NEVER in my 46 years of life! Stay away from this company!”

“University Moving in Whitestown, IN works with CMS a lot. Yesterday, Tim Kohnen came to our warehouse to do some crating. He did a fantastic job. He even came out last week to get measurements so he could begin building the crates over the weekend. I would highly recommend Tim and CMS!!”

“We recently moved from Maine to New Mexico using Atlas Van Lines to complete the move. Atlas contracted Custom Movers Services to crate my grandfather clock because of its high value. The crating process was expertly done (we were witness to the crating). However, when we arrived at our new home, the clock was uncrated (by representatives of Custom Movers Services) and the floor of the clock was totally separated from the rest of the clock. We filed a claim with Custom Movers Services but it was denied because, "there was no damage to the crate and that the grandfather clock arrived in great condition" even though the floor has become dislodged. If the clock has been properly crated, then why would the clock floor be separated during the move? The moving company will not honor a damage claim because they did not pack the item. It cost me almost $1000 for the special crating and when I mentioned that to CMS they said that, "they didn't receive any of my money!" Of course they didn't receive my money directly - Atlas paid them and I paid Atlas. Have you ever heard of anything as ridiculous as that for an excuse! Just be careful if your moving company contracts this company to move your high value items - not only are you taking a chance that the item will be damaged, you will probably not receive any compensation for the damage that occurred. Buyer Beware!!”

“I used this company almost three years ago I was very pleased that I booked them for my current move they were my best movers I had ever had. I am sad to report that this move was the worst move I ever had. They quoted over phone 129 dollars per hour if I paid in cash. Day of move I was charged 136 dollars per hour. I had to tell them 3 times to put plastic protector over my mattress and box springs. They broke the mirror to my bedroom set. They never set up beds and put mirrors back on dressers. They also broke the screen door holder, and a ornament in my flower bed by door. None of which they communicated to me about. I would never use these movers again”

“I could not say more about how wonderful this company is. I booked a piano move for today, when they arrived at my house with the piano, I was asleep. They had to bring the piano back to the original owners house. They were kind enough to deliver the piano once I had woken up. They went back to the original owners home, picked up the piano again, and brought it back without any bad attitude, actually some of the nicest conversations I’ve had in a while. I was a wreck when I woke from my nap, frazzled and just devastated that I had inconvenienced them so much. Anne, the receptionist, was so so so nice. I was crying, she calmed me down. It was a pretty rough morning but they made my day. Nothing but great service, prompt delivery, and amazing workers.”

“Driver called an hour after their arrival window had expired to tell me their prior move ran over and was "bigger than expected" and that they would be unable to do my move that day. Offered an insulting 10% off and rescheduled me for three days later. The office refused to return my calls. It was lucky that I could still stay at my old place for those extra days or I would have been without a place to live. This company over books, plans poorly and treated my small local move as less important making no effort to correct things. I did not experience any of the "family values" they speak of as a selling point, in fact I did not even experience common courtesy. I can't discourage use of this company enough. They did a real number on me.”

Multiple times a month, Jones Delivery treks back and forth, picking up and delivering pianos of all shapes and sizes to us and our customers and for something that requires such a high level of care, speed, and professionalism, they knock it out of the ballpark every time. Every interaction I witness, I am honestly blown away by how efficiently and accurately Jerry and his folks get the job done and truth be told, the job they do is unparalleled. For something that could be a huge expense of both time and money, Jones Delivery does the best damn job at the best damn price ten out of ten times. In this world, nothing can be said to be certain except three things; death, taxes, and that Jones Delivery will take care of you.
