Moving leads for moving companies
We would rather send you three requests worth quoting than thirty that are not.
Every request comes from someone who filled in their move on our own site and asked for quotes. It goes to at most 3 movers, it is matched to the work you actually do, and it is priced on what the job is worth to you.

Quality over volume
We are not the biggest. That is the point.
Anyone can sell you volume. What costs you money is a stack of requests where the number is wrong, the person never asked for quotes, or six other companies got there first. We built this the other way round.
Captured first-hand, on our own site
Nothing here is bought in, scraped, or passed along from another network. Every request is someone who came to Majestic Moving Companies and asked for quotes.
Qualified before it reaches you
Route, home size, date, property type, access, and specialty items are collected up front — so your first call is a quote conversation, not an interview.
Capped at 3 movers. Always.
That is a ceiling, not a starting point, and it does not move. Buy the request exclusive and it goes to you and nobody else.
Matched to what you actually do
Your service area, your move types, and the capabilities you tick in your dashboard. Requests that do not fit are never sent to you and never billed to you.
How it works
From our form to your phone, in five steps.
- 01
Somebody asks us for moving quotes
They land on one of our city, route, or cost pages and fill in their move on our form — where from, where to, home size, and when.
- 02
Robert fills in the gaps
Our assistant collects what a quote actually depends on: property type, access and stairs, storage, and specialty items like a piano or a safe. Duplicate submissions are caught here.
- 03
We match it against your settings
Your service area, whether you take local or long-distance, shared or exclusive, and the capabilities you ticked in your dashboard. A piano job does not go to a company that does not move pianos.
- 04
It arrives with you
The full brief and the customer’s contact details, by email and text, within moments of them finishing the form — or as a live phone transfer with the customer already on the line.
- 05
Your balance covers it
One charge at the chart price below, taken from your prepaid balance automatically. You are only ever matched — and charged — on requests that fit the settings you chose.

Want it to yourself? Multiply by 3.
Every price above is the shared rate. An exclusive request goes to you and nobody else for 3× that figure — what 3 shared buyers would have paid between them. Set it per move type in your dashboard, or take both.
The arithmetic
How many requests does one booked job pay for?
Take what you charge for the job, divide it by what the request cost, and you have the number that matters.
Read the smallest row: 60 of those 61 requests can go nowhere at all, and the single studio move that books has still paid for every one of them.
“Typical job” is the median local move from our own public moving-cost calculator. Put your own average ticket in its place — the arithmetic is the point, not our number.
The difference
If you have bought moving leads before.
A cap we hold ourselves to
Shared requests across this industry commonly go to three, four, sometimes seven movers — and the number promised is not always the number sold. Ours stops at 3, or exactly 1 if you buy it exclusive.
Priced by the job, not one price for everything
A studio across town and a five-bedroom across the country are not worth the same to you, so we do not charge you the same for both. The full chart is above — there is no figure we have not shown you.
$19 a month, cancel whenever
No six- or twelve-month lock-in. A paid listing is what switches lead delivery on; end it from your dashboard and it stops at the end of the month.
We do not resell your customer
A request is sold once, to at most the buyers described above, and that is the end of it. We do not pass it on to other lead providers or brokers afterwards.
Getting started
Three things, then you are live.
$19 / month
or $147 a year
A paid listing is what unlocks lead delivery. It also puts you top of your city pages with a quote form on your own listing. Cancel from your dashboard whenever.
$250 balance
prepaid, topped up as you like
The request prices draw from this, one at a time. Top it up by hand, or set it to renew when it runs low.
Your settings
five minutes in the dashboard
Move types, shared or exclusive, delivery channels, and the capabilities you handle. Change them or pause any time.
Not listed with us yet? Add your moving company — the listing itself is free and always will be. Already in the directory? Find and claim it, then upgrade from your dashboard.
Common questions
What movers ask before they buy.
What exactly am I buying?
The full move brief and contact details of somebody who asked for moving quotes on our site — name, phone, email, both addresses, home size, date, and anything unusual about the job. Once it is delivered it is yours to work.
Do I choose which requests to buy?
No, and that is deliberate — speed is most of the game with moving quotes. You set the boundaries instead: your service area, local or long-distance, shared or exclusive, which channels you accept, and the capabilities you handle. Anything matching those is delivered to you straight away and your balance covers it. Anything that does not match is never sent and never charged.
Why does the price change from one request to the next?
Because the jobs are not worth the same to you. Price moves on three things: home size, whether the move is local or long-distance, and whether the request arrives as contact details or as a live phone call.
Do 3 movers really get the same request?
On a shared request, up to 3 — and that is the ceiling. Each of them pays the shared price on the chart. If you would rather nobody else has it, buy it exclusive: it goes to you alone at 3× the shared price, which is what those 3 buyers would have paid between them.
What is a live call transfer?
Instead of contact details landing in your inbox, the customer is connected straight through to your phone while they are still thinking about the move. No callback gap and nobody to chase, which is why it costs more than an emailed request.
What does it cost to get started?
Two things. A paid listing at $19 a month, or $147 a year — that is what unlocks lead delivery, and it also gets you top placement on your city pages and a quote form on your own listing. Then a prepaid balance, from $250, which the request prices draw from. No contract on either.
How many requests will I get?
Honestly: it depends on your area, and in a young directory some weeks are quieter than others. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a number we cannot hold to. You can pause delivery from your dashboard at any time, and whatever is left in your balance stays yours.
Can I stop or change my settings later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Change your move types, switch between shared and exclusive, add or drop delivery channels, update the capabilities you handle, or pause the account entirely — the change applies to the next request, not the next billing cycle.
