SMS Terms & Opt-In

In plain English: If you ask us to, our AI moving agent Robert will text you to help with your move — collecting your move details and confirming when matching movers have been notified. Texting is optional, never required to use the site, and you can stop anytime by replying STOP.
1. Who sends the messages
Text messages are sent by Majestic Moving Companies, a moving-company directory operated by Majestic Automation, through our AI moving agent "Robert." Robert is an automated, AI-powered assistant and identifies itself as such.
2. How you opt in
There are two ways to opt in, both initiated entirely by you:
- On our website. You tap a "Text with Robert" button on majesticmovingcompanies.com, which opens a short form for your name and your own mobile number. The consent disclosure (shown in full below) appears directly above the submit button. Opt-in is not pre-checked and is not required to use the directory or to do anything else. When you submit, Robert sends the first text.
- By texting us first. You can text our published number to start a conversation.

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Once your move details are captured, they may be shared with matching movers in your origin city so they can contact you with a quote. 4. Message type & frequency
Messages are conversational and quote-related: Robert asks for your move details and confirms when matching movers have been notified, plus related operational follow-ups about your request. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns. Message frequency varies based on your conversation.
5. Sample messages
- “Hi, I’m Robert, the AI moving assistant with Majestic Moving Companies. You asked us to text you about your move — what city and state are you moving from, and where to? Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Thanks! I’ve got your move details and shared them with matching movers in your origin city — they’ll reach out with quotes. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
7. How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help and our contact information. You can also email hello@majesticmovingcompanies.com.
8. Your information is never shared for marketing
The mobile information you provide and your consent to receive text messages will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any purpose. Separately, and only when you request a quote, the move details you choose to provide are sent to matching movers so they can contact you — this is the service you ask us to perform and is not a transfer of your SMS opt-in data.
