“The actual scheduling for delivery was a little lacking. They had to reschedule and then after rescheduling they still came earlier than they were supposed to causing me to cancel an appointment. That said, the on site delivery team was phenomenal! The guy's were super courteous and extremely helpful with inventorying everything that was delivered. Everything was safely wrapped and handled with care. We had our kitchen cabinets delivered with them and they made the process very organized and stress free.”

They were very professional, careful and wrapped my items in plastic as I requested. They also packed a 65” TV for me. They were able to get the job done in a little over an hour! Sean and Drew understood the sentimental value of what they were handling. Chuck's team did both moves, was on time and efficient loading and offloading. Teresa at the storage facility was great at getting the paperwork straight and co-coordinating with the moving crew. the cost was as quoted, with no hidden fees added on. Every single person we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. After all the moving horror stories we heard, this experience was a pleasant surprise.
