“The movers where nice, however all the furniture was stretch or broken a new Playstation 5 was stolen. They tell you you don't need other insurance but insurance that was included wanted to give me $ 325 a I asked for $3425. Now prosmart nor the insurance company will return my calls. The worst part is this was all my grandkids had left of there dad's things as he passed away 22523.😭 They have no heart! DO NOT USE THEM!!”

“If I could give Negative 5 stars I would. I was Very Disappointed with my moving experience with ProSmart. I have used them in the past and the experience was great, but this time around the lack of customer service was beyond disappointing, it was downright disrespectful. Don’t waste your time using ProSmart to move. I had scheduled a move for June 2023 that was booked 2 months in advance and I received multiple confirmations leading up to my move day. On my move day the movers ended up not showing up to my residence to move me. In the event I called customer service countless times to get updates on the movers to see if they are coming at a later time, and most of the time the number would just ring and occasionally a customer rep would answer the phone to say they are looking into the issue and will call back so they can get me off the phone, but not once did they call back. I was the one who would have to follow up to get answers when it was ProSmarts fault. After waiting for “promised” movers for over 3 hrs I was then told (after I called for the 100th time) that the moving manager can’t bring a team and they will have to reschedule my move. It’s been 3 days and I’m still waiting on ProSmart to reach out to reschedule. Luckily I had someone who helped me connect with a more component team (MyPro Movers) and they moved me with no issues. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS you will only be frustrated, disappointed, and ultimately disrespected.”
