“A&L Moving moved me from Grand Island to Rochester. It wasn’t an easy move as it hot and cramped attic full of boxes and a 2nd location to pick up all my property. When the owner gave me a quote, he told me he would be onsite to oversee the crew. I didn’t believe him, but he was with us all day. Al and his crew couldn’t have been nicer to work with. They showed great teamwork and friendly personalities. They took great care of my property and made a stressful day easy! Shout out to Al, Gary, Jacob, Luis, and Jalal. “Best moving service I've ever used. Scheduling was easy, and final cost was just as the owner estimated. Took me months to unpack, but I can finally say every item arrived in perfect condition. The crew moved like a well oiled machine, you can tell they work together often. Everyone was very polite, respectful of me and the property. Took down my heavy / clunky custom bedframe and put it back together in minutes. I guarantee this will be the only moving service I will use or recommend in the future. Thanks A&L Moving. “Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. Setting up a date/time was efficient and the boss thought of me when a cancellation in their schedule occurred- making it even better on my end. The movers were beyond patient, I couldn’t help but notice how respectful they spoke to each other. Moving is already tough (8th move in 2 years) and the fact that the team didn’t yell at each other out of any frustration really helped my peace of mind. These guys busted butt up a difficult flight of stairs, truly went above and beyond accommodating, and was SUPER affordable. 10/10 would hire again and recommend to peers/family. “I moved a lot over the past 4 years, a lot. I could tell you horror stories about a few of the moving companies that are doing business in the Buffalo area. I called M&J and they took my job and gave me a quote. I got ripped off from the last company that added a $160 travel fee that wasn’t in the original quote, so expecting the same, I went to the bank and withdrew an extra amount of money to cover my butt. They showed up promptly with 2 trucks and 6 guys! I didn’t have a ton of stuff to move (it took half of one truck. The owner sent all of the guys to get the job done quickly) as I was going from a house to an 2nd floor apartment. The guys were so nice, clean, efficient and sober! (Yeah, I have stories!) They took great care of all of my furniture (I have some antiques) and the floors at the old house and the new apartment, putting down blankets to cover the carpets. They were done within an hour and had to go to breakfast because I had to finish paperwork at the complex. The whole move was finished within 2.5 hours! I just cannot say enough good things about M&J movers! I would definitely use them again! That extra money that I took out of the bank? I gave it to them as a tip.”

“I used First Class Delivery when moving to an apartment closer to school. I am a university student and don't have the resources to be able to make the move on my own. I contacted Roy and inquired about the cost and the time needed for the move. He was very quick and informative about the details and honored his military discount, as I am former Air Force. He was very professional and courteous. I don't think I've seen better hard workers either. These guys did not stop moving the entire time they were moving my stuff. They took great care with my belongings (wrapped them up, they were secure in the truck with padding, and they had great communication to eachother while moving out of the door.) I would highly recommend this company. Roy treats you like family and will bend over backwards to give you a professional and courteous experience.”
