Lisa started us off by meeting in person, assessing our needs and establishing a good relationship with my mother. Felina was the FABULOUS project manager who then worked with my mother to help decide what should go and what should stay. She was kind and efficient and packed up the necessary items, while patiently listening to the history of nearly everything they touched! After pre packing many many boxes to be moved (along with her teammates Terry and Jack) Felina was the lead in working with the movers, ensuring everything was safely on the truck, and on its way to the new home.
