“My parents recently moved to a local retirement community and their experience could not have been any better. From the start of the process, Dave was extremely responsive and even dropped off all supplies that were needed for the move. He even met me at the house one day and gave me all the tips on packing as well as even packing some delicate items that I was hesitant on doing. On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time and worked like a well oiled machine. They made the day some much lighter and easier for my parents with this transition. They were the hardest working bunch I have ever seen even in the extreme heat we had. At the offload, they helped us unload our vehicles and set up their new apartment perfectly. I would never go anywhere else when shopping for a moving company and will always be recommending them to friends and family. “TPN is flagging my reviews because I'm telling the truth. My move was an epic disaster, they acted like they cared, but they didn't. They already had my money and ran me around for a year. My last review got a kind response to please call and discuss it. I called them for a year. They don't use professional movers. They hire kids, half of which claimed they didn't understand English. They didn't even know what a tanning bed was, and broke bulbs from stacking things on it, leaving it scratched. I hope someone reads this before they flag my review again so it won't show.”
