We had a couple of tricky items, including a massive couch that, when we moved in, we had to carefully pull over a balcony just to get it in. They got it out the front door! And a corner bookshelf that they expertly disassembled and rebuilt perfectly at our new place. They packed the truck like absolute Tetris masters, making sure everything was safe and secure. “Relentless Rip off. Outrageous prices after you hire them to unload a uhaul. $1600 for 3 hours! $400 trip charge for 2 guys just showing up. $100 an hour but every piece of furniture is an add on. I had them stop after 3 hours and when I refused to pay they stood in my apt refusing to leave bully me, until I gave them the $200 cash I had and zelled thm $659. I plan on filing a civil suit. They should not be allowed to bully people into paying them outrageous prices for 3 hours of work. They didn't even unload half of the truck!”
