“Rude and inconsiderate. Neighbor hired them yet they blocked driveways of two other houses for hours. They refused to move and we had to call the police to leave our own house. The truck then backed down the wrong way of a one way and blocked a main road in town as they were too lazy to drive the one way correctly. Oh yeah, nobody spoke English.”

“Terrible company. 4 small guys who took from 9am to 630 pm to move into an apartment only 5 miles away. They spent the whole time sitting on the truck smoking. They came with a tiny haul image of the large truck I paid for. I had to wait 4 hours for 1 of them to go and get a second little box truck from somewhere. They did not know how to take the backs off a Lane sofa. We did it ourself, not to take a bed frame apart. They used ALL my moving tape, boxes and wrap and had no boxes for coats as in my quote. It was a nightmare and i had numerous damaged furniture and items. 2500 dollars... ridiculous and taken advantage of. The only time they worked was when sometime in charge came.”

“The worst, the most dishonest company I've ever encountered. Sharon gave me an estimate for moving and I listed everything i had, then i changed things around to accommodate my budget and to fit into the cost. They have very interesting way of calculating items. So after they loaded everything cost doubled and they were blackmailing me that if I don't agree they will just throw my things on the street by the house which I already vacated. The same was with the cost of shuttle, they told me the last minute that I have to pay for shuttle and If i don't want to pay they will not deliver. They also demand money in cash and upfront otherwise again blackmail that they will not deliver and not unload then this Ali, their headman said he'll call me and give me special discount and I have it recorded, but it's been weeks and of course nobody called, one of my boxes is missing. They don't even respond anymore. They are one of those nightmare companies you hear about but never thing it'll happen to you. Stay as far away from this trashy establishment as you can. Never agree to pay for "space your stuff takes in the truck" cause you can't check and they lie of course and charge you double!”
