The whole process took 3 days, and the team who showed up each day was great to work with: The men were careful, committed, and thorough, and very respectful. Moving is so jarring, so disruptive--it makes a difference to have a moving company that makes it as easy and streamlined as possible. If we needed to move again tomorrow, the first phone call I would make would be to Bennett's.”

“Quote experience was very easy, they showed up on time, everything was packed properly and they finished in the estimated time. One star off for the issue below:<br><br>My only issue is the quote did not mention they count time to and from the pickup and drop off locations. My quote was for 3.5 hours, they finished after 3 hours and 15 minutes. Was charged 42 additional minutes worth of labor for additional travel time. This should be stated clearly on the quote in my opinion.”

“Yet another glowing review for Bennetts. This was my third move with them ( I already know not to call anyone else). Once again, I received top notch service. Cody and Jacob were phenomenal! They were friendly and professional. What impressed me most was how they handled a curveball. When we arrived at my new place, we could not use the elevator. Jacob and Cody did not miss a beat. They hauled my furniture up THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Neither one of them complained or showed any kind of upset. They worked very hard on this move, and they deserve a shout out! “Overall service was good. Not sure if I was charged for the numerous smoke breaks (approx 60 minutes) if so that’s no good… a $155/hour. And only real complaint is that a 150 year old family heirloom was dropped and the leg broken off. They did attempt to repair, but it will never be the same.”

“The moving crew was great. They were all very polite and considerate young men. They had to move furniture out of an assisted living home where they encountered a few slow moving people, and were so kind and considerate of the slower pace. These young men were so sweet. They worked quickly and efficiently and wrapped all my pictures and delicate items and strapped everything good and tight in the truck so it wouldn’t shuffle around. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

They communicated so well with us from start to finish and are stellar at what they do.
