“I have used Gouffon several times and have recommended them to friends and family. For the most part, I've been pleased with the service. Their pricing is a good bit higher than a lot of their competition, but I've typically found the quality of movers and customer service to be worth the cost. I'm a believer in "you get what you pay for." We did recently have a less-than-stellar experience with three items getting damaged by the Gouffon workers during a move, and while I do wish that more care had been taken during this move, I appreciate their effort towards resolving the issue. As I think this isn't a typical problem for them and instead an unfortunate and rare incident, I wouldn't hesitate to use Gouffon again for future moves.<br>*This is an edited review based on the General Manager working with us on resolving the issues from the latest move.*”

“On fairly short notice, they were able to come pick up my stuff, then unload at my new apartment 8 hours away the very next morning. I didn't have to worry at all about timing or wonder where my stuff was.<br><br>They did a good job of protecting my furniture and quickly unassembling/reassembling it as needed. And they carried a lot of very heavy things up to the third floor.<br><br>I was worried about whether I'd be able to find a good mover, but everything went perfectly with Sebastian Moving. “Picking a moving company can be nerve wracking for the average person. You wonder if the strangers you agreed to work with will handle your stuff with any amount of care and thought. If this is your fear then fear no more. Moretz moving is who we chose and we could not be more happy! The crews showed up on time and started as soon as we completed a walk thru of the house. The guys were super careful with our belongings and in some cases our stuff was better after they reassembled it than it was before. Our master bed had no headboard but we had an extra headboard in another room that would not fit. I asked if they could try to put it on our master bed and they were more than happy to do so. They made it work. Love the bed now.<br><br>We have a 2,600 square foot house FULL of custom and antique furniture. The price was great!!! You will not regret hiring Moretz for your next move. They are fantastic!!!!”

Matthew was knowledgeable, on point with the estimate and truck size, communicative, and kind. At the last minute I had to add more to the load and despite having the flu, Matthew stayed in communication with me and got a larger truck to make the move less stressful for me. “The only mover you should ever use. Here’s why - Matt & his crew moved us from Farragut to Mount Juliet, TN during a snowstorm in Knoxville & an ice storm in Nashville. You would have thought that due to the circumstances- the move would have been delayed & items damaged. But “NO” to both. “Moretz Moving is a wonderful and trustworthy company with superior staff members. Miranda was great to work with in getting a quote, giving me all the info we needed to prepare, coordinating our move with the crew, and personally taking time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. We talked personally but then worked out all the details by text message so that we both had a record of what was discussed. I had some anxieties about previous moving experiences with other companies lowballing the estimate, things being way more expensive on the day than I was led to believe, and being dishonest in general, but when I talked to her, I knew I was in good hands this time and that I wasn't going to get screwed over. We planned for four movers as I lived in a third floor apt, have a piano and some large furniture. The crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently. Chris expertly led the crew in getting my piano down all those stairs, onto the truck, and into my home safely. It was very apparent that both he and Mike had a lot of experience and could do this job in their sleep. They got the job done in half the time estimated and the final price came in well under the estimate. No surprises when it came time to settle up.
