“This is a slightly unconventional review, but bear with me....<br><br>I reserved Precision for a local, residential move. Businesses are run by humans and humans are imperfect. There were "challenges." I was frustrated. They were frustrated. That is NOT my point. What I want to emphasize is that despite all that, Precision made everything right. They took the appropriate time required. They went above and beyond. Communication, timeliness, problem solving, and attention to detail remained their focus. They did small (and big) things they didn't "have to" do like giving me sound advice on in glass in my grandmother's China cabinet. I wanted to write this because it is one thing to just read reviews about how perfect a company like this can be, but how the company responds and reacts when life happens is, I feel, far more impactful in a review. I wanted to share that IF - and it is probably unlikely - "challenges" occur - Precision will regroup and do right by their customer. This is an even better reflection of a company and its integrity that just being perfect all the time and at every turn. This was unparalleled customer service!”

“I knew from my initial conversation with Craig that I wanted to work with All American. After explaining what sets them apart, he listened to EVERY detail & concern about my move, answered every question (plus things I hadn't even considered), and assured me they could make the process of moving my octogenerian parents 240 miles as stress-free as I absolutely NEEDED it to be.<br>The owner of the company called the next day to go over the exact inventory of the home. I had already gotten quotes from 5-7 other movers, so I had a pretty good idea what to expect for a price... when he came back with a fixed, "soup-to-nuts" price that was actually lower than what I'd already been hearing, I was ecstatic.<br>From that point on, everything continued to go flawlessly. Arranging the date and time, follow-up communications, confirming everything... I never had a worry. When moving day arrived, the guys called ahead, then showed up right on time, bright-eyed, pleasant, and ready to work. After a brief rundown, they got to it– and proceeded to get it done with great care, great professionalism– but also great speed. My parents could not believe how quickly and efficiently they were able to load their whole house onto that truck. It took SO much stress out of the process for them, seeing how easy they made it all look.<br>Just 4½ hours later, we were greeting them at our new home- which they proceeded to put together with the same care and efficiency they had displayed in packing us up that morning. Nothing misplaced or mishandled, not a scratch on anything.<br>I had high expectations– and honestly, All American over-delivered.<br>Needless to say, I can't recommend this company highly enough. “These guys came in and moved an entire office bedroom, living room, guest bedroom and kitchen for me in less than 2 1/2 hours m… they took doors off Of hinges in order to get furniture in and out and put the stuff all back together again!!! they even dismantled my bed and put it back together for me as well!! Amazing job!! I tipped them nicely for all their hard work!”

Jon at Able Moving was helpful and while the move did NOT go as well as I'd hoped, Jon did make it right. My couch has been cleaned and looks as good as it did before!
