“The move went okay, expect to spend an additional $100.00 from the amount they quoted for extra packing material, one of the movers cut his hand on a piece of furniture and was bleeding really bad on my floor, I'm just glad it wasn't on the new carpet, I spent $20 of my money to run to a CVS to buy him some BleedStop, I'm not sure why he wasn't wearing gloves, there was a minor scratch on my wall leading upstairs and some minor damage of paint scratches on one of my bookcases, other than that they professional”

“The team was able to get my belongings out of storage and into my home very quickly. Very nice people and easy service.”

“The movers came on time. Immediately the worker in charge evaluated the amount of items we had to move and said we would need an additional 2 hours. He also said we didn’t tape everything so he immediately added the charge for tape and taping up boxes to the bill also. They moved everything and we were over by 45 minutes. The worker in charge said we would be reimbursed the 139.00 extra we were charged for extra time.That was 4/20/24 and after numerous emails to Edva, relocation consultant I had been emailing to book the move, we still have not been reimbursed. I would say the experience was a 6 out of 10 because of the end amount we paid. The immediate attempts to pad the bill. The promise of reimbursement that was not filled. I don’t recommend them because of the total experience. It is already stressful to move without having to feel like you have been overcharged.”
