“**It has been months and the Manager called me and said he was going to refund me some of the cost and I have not heard from him still.....** "I was quoted $1800 for the whole move and on the invoice she wrote how many days and it would be and for them to hold it over night. Day of love they were supposed to come between 9AM & 10AM. Nope came at 10:45AM put down on the sheet 10:30AM. They took forever and didn’t even bring the right size truck. They asked to use my SUV for some things. Also, all they did was talk about their personal lives and I told them I had a doctor appointment at 3p. They were on there phones and wasted time. I had to pay $100 for kissing my appointment. Let alone they charged me $1700 for the first day. Gets better I send the guy the invoice I received from Christina in the office with my $200 deposit….no call nor email back. I felt like I was held hostage at this point since my whole house was in this truck. Now day of drop off they still took forever. Charged me another $1700 and broke a few things and damaged my new house and mind you it’s a new construction home and was in perfect condition. Very unprofessional and they take advantage of people. I am a single mom and only one income and this was such a horrible experience." ** UPDATE I WAS CALLED 2 WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL BACK AFTER GABRIEL SPOKE TO SOMEONE. AND STILL NO CALL BACK 2 WEEKS AFTER . **”

“Family Moving & Storage did a great job moving some furniture we had purchased from the east coast to west coast of FL. They showed up as scheduled and the the 2 movers (I believe their names were Gabriel and Stephen) did a great job. They worked efficiently and handled everything with care and also helped re-assemble a bed. It was a good experience and they are professionals. I would hire them again.”
