Moving to Pocatello: who to call and what the city asks.

Curbside recycling in Pocatello is included in the cost of garbage service for residential customers, but it starts only when requested, by calling Sanitation Services at 208-234-6192 or using the opt-in form, and for rental properties the owner or property manager makes the request (City of Pocatello recycling services). Water, sewer and garbage accounts through Utility Billing

Starting water, sewer and garbage service with the City of Pocatello takes an Application for Utility Service, a copy of the warranty deed (buyers) or lease agreement (renters), a copy of a driver license, and a deposit (City of Pocatello utility service). Water turn-ons and turn-offs are arranged by contacting Utility Billing during regular working hours.
