They provided us a time a few days prior and showed up promptly on the day of our move. The total move time was efficient doing so in about 2 hours. They were polite, efficient, and didn't mind placing items where we needed them. I would recommend Lincoln Moving and Storage to anyone who is considering movers!”

“Lincoln Moving and Storage was great to work with. Rich in the office and the 4 guys on our moving crew (Keith and Chewy)were all fantastic. We had a big storage unit jam-packed with boxes and furniture and collectibles. The guys took great care to wrap and "repack" items into large containers to move everything to an 8th floor apartment with only 1 passenger elevator to work with. I wish I had known about them when I moved last Summer.”

I just used their services twice last month to help my parents move items out of one storage to another and to move heavy furniture to various locations. They were exactly on time and the workers were nice and very helpful. They even scheduled one move the day I called to help me get the job done on time! “We had an in-home delivery from Wayfair of a very heavy dresser, which we never could have wrangled into our house by ourselves. Wayfair provided the delivery at no charge, and it came from a moving company over 2 hours away, so we had no idea what to expect. We cannot give Cody and Will, the delivery persons, enough praise. They were professional and courteous. Cody first looked through the house to find the best way to deliver the furniture. Then he and Will placed the dresser in the room, paying careful attention to the hardwood floor. Then, after I asked whether the legs had floor protectors (they did not), they waited while I found some and even put them on the legs of the dresser before they took it off the hand truck. These guys were great. An excellent experience all around.”

“Had bed delivered and a couple walls got damaged during delivery. The guys apologized and filled out accident form. I called and then sent pictures to Barb, she advised to get estimates amd submit. I ended having to fix it myself due to wait time for repairs. They paid for all.my supplies and some money was added for my time. Accidents happen and they made it right Thank You!”

“Setting up the move was easy and Brenda was very pleasant. Our move was scheduled for a Sunday at 9:00. The moving team was 1/2 hour late to arrive and when I called to check on their status no one answered the phone. The delivery when fine but the crew mistakenly left my parent’s bed frame in the truck. Again, we called the office to check on the missing frame, again there was no one at the office to respond. They ended up finding the rails and bringing them back the next day. However, my elderly parents had to sleep on the couch the first night in their new apartment. I suggest that if they are going to do business on the weekends, they need to monitor their phone for customer issues.”

“We used Fox Hollow Movers for a move from BT to CNY and they were great. We ended up needing them to store things longer than initially planned and they were able accommodate us without a problem and work with us when we were finally able to move in to our new house. They did great work unloading in our new place and the final cost was fair and well worth it for us. I'd definitely work with them again and really appreciated their flexibility as we worked through some major closing issues in our house.”

“I hired a team of 3 for a large moving job. The movers were 2 1/2 hours late coming from another job. Despite being so late, the team was very nice and did their best to work quickly and carefully. There was a lot to move and even though they were extremely tired by the end, they were very friendly and continued to smile and stay positive. They stayed until 2:45AM to finish the big items for us but we still had to finish the rest of the pod ourselves the next day. They would have stayed to finish the job, but we could tell they were absolutely exhausted and needed rest. All around they were a very nice crew that I would recommend but would shoot for a day when they are available in the morning rather than the afternoon incase things take longer than expected.”

While I was running to the closing, they set up my furniture (without direction from me) and it looked like a designer had done it. Professional, impeccable work ethic, and honest. Walter and Dell carefully prepared the furniture and personal belongings before loading the truck. Family members were present during the loading in NY and unloading in IL.
