Price was extremely reasonable and communications with the scheduling team were easy. Pickup driver showed on time as scheduled, loaded the car in less than 5 minutes and it was on its way from NC to Northern VA. 5 hours later I received notification that the car had arrived and was downloaded into the driveway. Unreliable!! Scheduled to have my car moved across the country. We had a 2 day pick up window. The driver bailed on us at 5pm on the last day of pickup. Only option for us was to leave our car behind (after we had already left the state) and hope someone would pick it up. No thanks!
