This is the second or third time I've hired About Seniors Moving. They've been amazing every single time. Sadly this last time was to pack up my father's place after he passed away. This was a weird emotional move for me. The office gentleman was great and made sure everything was double checked and in place the day before the move. From the moment the moving guys showed up, there was never a complaint in any of the things I asked or if I asked them to do something a certain way. They took initiative, they worked hard and diligently. At the point of unloading I even felt comfortable enough to step away and they were still on top of things and finished way quicker than I expected. Luke and Cameron were the most recent guys to help move, but I've had the pleasure of having Jayson (boss) come out previously. The workers worked just as hard this time as if the boss was there watching and that's what you want from people youre in business with. Can't say enough good things about this company and highly recommend for any senior needing help moving. Thank you to everyone at About Seniors Moving for being above and beyond every single time.✌️✌️

Needed a fairly quick move to an assisted living facility for my mother. About Seniors Moving was on the recommended list from the facility and after I spoke to them, I didn’t bother with calling anyone else. Miguel made the reservation process so easy and kept clear and consistent communication from reservation to the day of the move. The move team were efficient and made the rather difficult process very easy on me. Super nice guys too! I will use again!

Jaysun and his team did an outstanding job moving my father from his house to an apartment in Assisted Living. They made the actual move day very smooth and minimum-stress. But more importantly, they worked with us a lot beforehand to plan the move. Jaysun was able to show a layout of the exact unit that my Dad was moving into and help him figure out what items would fit and where. There were a lot of measurements taken and sketches drawn, all of which were extremely helpful in determining what furniture should be moved. The two movers (along with Jaysun) showed up the day before the move and got most things ready to go -- packing up items into boxes, etc. They were very friendly, hard-working and organized. They also were quick to adapt when we had to change certain decisions during the move. Even with all the time spent planning and preparing before the move, the overall cost of the move was extremely reasonable. Jaysun was also able to make several helpful recommendations (e.g., he pointed us to an outstanding estate sale service) to take care of other parts of the moving project. He and his team went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't be happier to have worked with them.
