DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I can't believe they got a 2 star rating. Someone stated they found an A+ rating for them. The only way they could possibly get any favorable rating is because they wrote it themselves or got a family member to write it. They are thieves, liars, no integrity, morals, ethics or character. They overcharge many times over. As someone stated they don't give an estimate based on any tangible information. Just pull a number out of the air they want. How can you give an estimate when you don't even ask for the delivery destination? The estimate didn't change when I provided the address. They won't provide CUSTOMER SERVICE. When they are asked to confirm false claims they made, they won't supply the evidence which means they can't. They will only communicate when it regards them receiving payment. No surprise when I had items delivered from their storage facility multiple items were missing. Contacted the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and a lawyer. "Businesses" like this should not be allowed to continue to do business. I am going to pursue this until I find someone who can sanction these crooks and robbers. They should not profit by taking advantage of good decent people. I regret having to give them 1 star because it wouldn't let me submit it with none.

Worst possible move experience ever. This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating, They took an extra 2 week's to get our property to us and we had to stay in a hotel for that time paying more rent wondering if we were ever going to get our belongings. They sent gangster hoodlums to move all of our belongings into our new home, they dented and scratched most of our furniture. they lost pieces of the furniture so it could not be reassembled properly. Not that these jokers knew how to do that being what pieces they tried put together were all wrong anyways. i had to hire someone else to come help me reassemble my furniture after I got the workers off my property I had to call the sheriff out to get them removed. Because they were threating us with weapons saying that we need to pay them or they were going take us hostage They left many of our belongings in the driveway for us to move into the house by ourselves and we did not finish until 5 am the next morning, They broke my daughters tv, they broke the transmission in my 1972 Nova, they lost my $350.00 ladder, they were literally throwing our belongings out the side door of the trailer onto the street. The stupid driver drove the truck into a ditch across the street and centered the trailer on the street blocking all traffic. The sheriff was called out for that too because my neighbors could not get out. they had to call a tow truck out to pull it out and cracked the end my new driveway when pulling the truck out. they refused to pay for any of the damages or for any of my extra expenses. and charged me $20,000.00 for this. I am a disabled US veteran an got treated like a piece of dirt. avoid this company at all cost !!!

Jesus and Johnny did a fabulous job. They were some of the nicest movers that I have dealt with.

Assurance moving did a very good job at packing all of our belongings! Just watch for some of the bigger items that they have to roll around to wrap. If you have anything in side of the item being wrapped. They can get pretty tangled up. The young man that packed our U-Haul is one of the best you’ll find! Props to all the people at Assurance moving! Very reasonable price!
