UPDATED (9/2/2023): Based on my previous review, I was contacted by the company and had two in-depth conversations with their VP concerning the problem(s) I encountered. I am totally satisfied that they have taken the necessary corrective action and can deliver outstanding service to their customers. I have complete confidence that they will deliver on their promises and you can expect the level of service that their reputation has earned. Although my experience was not to that level, I believe that they have fixed the problem and have no issue with giving them an outstanding recommendation.

My best moving experience in many, many years. Everyone I interacted with was so professional from the quote by Albert, to the moving team (Dillon, Cameron, Donnie, Terry & Chancey) to paying the final bill with Brandon. They do a 10x better job than those more expensive moving companies that have been around for decades. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!!

I’ve moved several times. I’ve never had a positive experience the way I did with Elizabeth’s.<br><br>Every aspect was easy; from the quote, to the pack, to the coordination with my move coordinator, and finally the delivery.<br><br>Thank you Jake the coordinator; unpackers Joe, Ryan, Charles, Ray; and the two fellows and lady who’s name I forgot when they packed me up 14 months ago.

Had good people with this 14th move. They were understanding of how stressful it is to move and we’re very interested in answering questions and concerns. Shout out to the crew, Adam, Elijah C., and Bradley. Shout out to Jake for his patience with us and our concerns. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone needing great movers.<br><br>H. These men were phenomenal! We had 6 guys ALL working so hard…fast,efficient, personable and respectful. We have never seen movers do such careful packing and taking care of our belongings. We were so very impressed. We have moved a half dozen times and Never had such great care taken to insure our satisfaction. They went above and beyond. Also were prompt and arrived when they said they would. IMPRESSED!!!! Definitely recommend!! Many thanks to our crew.

Very pleased with how well trained and professional everyone was when moving my stuff. Jake and crew where that at the time they said they would be there. Listened to everything i was saying i wanted move with total understanding. Their time management was on point. Treated my stuff as if it was their own, And more importantly very kind and considerate while around my family. Have nothing but praises for this moving company on will recommend to EVERYONE!! 10 out of 10 stars in my book!!

Jake and his crew were nothing less than absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. They were extremely careful and mindful of all of our belongings. They were very kind and professional, and they worked very quick and efficiently. I have already recommended them to two of my friends who will be moving and needing a moving company soon. Would give 7 stars if I could!
