I recently downsized from a 4-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom apartment. It was a complicated move because I wasn't taking everything and my new community has major restrictions with the hours and times that the elevator can be used for a move.<br><br>Marco and his team were wonderful throughout the process. Marco had experience with my new community and recommended that we pack on one day and deliver the next morning. So, they came on Tuesday to pack the house and delivered my belongings to my condo on the next day.<br><br>They were punctual, reliable, courteous and attentive to the details. They communicated when they had questions and worked tirelessly to fill the truck and get me moved.<br><br>Marco personally followed up with me and was available as the move proceeded. Given that I was on my own, it was good to know that I could call him as I needed help. Indeed, there were a few items that I'd originally intended to give away that I changed my mind about. Marco was very patient and sent one of his team members to help me move those last items.<br><br>I would strongly recommend this service for their wonderful service and good value for the money. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their help!
