Our personal effects were shipped from Europe to the USA by sea. Isaac’s was the nominated moving company in the USA by the movers in Europe to receive the shipment and deliver it to our home. From the time the shipment left Europe, Ms. Zurina, the move coordinator from Isaac’s, was in touch with me by email and phone, keeping me closely updated on the shipment's status. Once it arrived in the US, it was cleared by Isaac’s, and in consultation with me, Ms. Zurina arranged the delivery to the storage facility as per my request. The delivery was on time, and the boxes were unloaded and carefully stacked in the storage unit. All in all, it was a nice experience dealing with Isaac’s. Keep up the good work!

We used Isaac to and from Rome, Italy. The service from the administration, Gareth Francis in Stoughton, MA to their representative in Rome, Simonetta Amenta was both professional and informative on the status of our shipment. When the delivery truck came to our home, Carlos, Juan, and Emillian were very proficient in unloading, bringing into the appropriate rooms, unpacking and examining the items. Everything arrived in perfect condition due to packers doing a superb job. My neighbors in our building remarked on how courteous and conscientious these men were when bringing in the items. As emotionally stressful my move was, the service and professionalism of the employees of Isaac made it worthwhile. Thank you to all for taking such good care of my precious items and for extending me such excellent service.
