This was our first time working with movers and if we had to move again we would certainly use Mass Moving! They were the clearest, most reliable communicators of any company we contacted. They used our specific information, asked questions that would help them that we hadn't thought of, and gave a precise and fair quote from the get-go. About 12 hours before moving one of us had a surprise appendectomy and we had to change who was coordinating with Mass Moving. They adjusted kindly and immediately and stayed in touch with the other person throughout the move. On the day of moving, they were efficient and careful throughout the day. The movers moved a very unwieldy couch out through a window and hoisted it over a balcony at the new address. They completed the move in less time than predicted and absolutely nothing was dinged or broken. We really cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was very pleased with the service provided by MJ and Hassan. Mine wasn't a typical move. I was moving furniture around my house in order to refinish the floors. MJ and Hassan were very collaborative as we tried to figure out where everything should go, where it would fit, etc. We also had a couple of big, antique pieces of furniture which I was nervous about moving but they were super careful with them. Beyond that, the job was easy to book and MJ was very communicative. I highly recommend MassMoving!
