We had an excellent experience with Midwest Moving Monsters and would absolutely hire them again.<br><br>After another company no-showed, Midwest Moving Monsters called me that same evening and immediately started looking for ways to help, even though it was already late. They were proactive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the situation resolved.<br><br>Our U-Haul U-Box ended up being misplaced by U-Haul, and it took nearly three hours to locate it. Even though this was completely outside of their control, the team at Midwest Moving Monsters stayed on top of it the entire time. They kept me informed, provided regular updates, and never left me wondering what was happening. Their communication was outstanding.<br><br>When delivery day came, the movers were incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient. They listened to everything I asked, handled our belongings with care, and worked quickly without cutting corners.<br><br>What impressed me most was how apologetic and helpful they were throughout the entire process, despite none of the issues being their fault. It's rare to find a company that takes that much ownership of customer service.<br><br>If you're looking for movers who are reliable, communicative, hardworking, and genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Midwest Moving Monsters.

These guys blew my mind! They are the hardest working two people I’ve seen in a LONG time! And…BTW, I’m not easily impressed. They did everything I asked, & more! They made sure my things were where and how I wanted. They are so courteous, kind, & speedy! I could hardly believe how quickly they efficiently cleared my storage & brought things into my home. Additionally, they were the least inexpensive of anyone I searched!<br>I will definitely recommend MMM to anyone.

Dustin, Robert, Donny and Brandon handled a very difficult piano move with such a sense of professionalism that I would not hesitate to use them again! As of today, this is about the only thing that has gone right in relocating to Tennessee. With the closing being moved and scheduling help to unpack was nerve racking. I booked Midwest Moving Monsters through Hire a helper last minute. Then I had to reschedule because of a delay in closings. I called Paige to reschedule and move a day. Unfortunately, no immediate openings. Paige spent several hours and eventually got a crew together for me. Shout out for her diligence. The crew she scheduled for me Dustin and Robert very professional and courteous. They showed up on Thursday morning and unloaded a vert disorganized truck, from previous crew who did not know how to pack a truck. Robert and Dustin unloaded the truck very quickly and efficiently. Everything was put in its place or where instructed. I cannot say enough good about the company and individuals, Paige, Dustin, and Robert. If you need help moving, I would strongly recommend.
