Move Smart Moving

I was very impressed with how my move was handled (MD to NC). We had a large amount of household furnishings that required efficient packing and management. Jay was incredibly detailed in his approach, thoughtful and has a high degree of integrity. I have a profound respect for how Jay managed my move.

Jay and his team were absolutely incredible! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, experienced, organized, and thoughtful. They arrived fully prepared, handled every one of our belongings with exceptional care, and continually checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable with how everything was being managed. Their communication and quality of work were truly outstanding. Every detail was carefully planned, and it was clear that this team has been doing this for a long time. Everything you could possibly want from a moving company, they delivered—and then some. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. I would use them a thousand times over and may actually be calling on them again in the near future. If you are looking for a dependable, highly professional moving team that genuinely cares about its customers and their belongings, I wholeheartedly recommend Jay and his team!

Jay and his team went above and beyond in every way to help us move from a four story townhome to a one level condo. This was a difficult move, with stages of packing and moving many large items (antique piano and a huge tall-case clock among many other heavy and fragile items) from the townhome, to a storage unit and then to the condo, in a process that took about six weeks. Jay and his team helped plan and execute the move perfectly. The level of friendly, patient customer service Jay delivered is second to none. I would never use any other moving service, and I highly recommend Smart Move, whether you are moving an apartment or a whole house. Everything was done with care and concern, and Jay strives and achieves 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you Jay for all your hard work and patience! A+++++++!

Jay and John were fabulous to work with. They worked with me and their other client to to rearrange times that worked better for me. They were very punctual, diligent workers and fairly priced. I would recommend them without reservation.

Jay was recommended to us by a friend and we are so happy we chose to use his services to move over 500 miles. He is incredibly personable and extremely professional. All of our furniture was well wrapped and protected. Jay and his team arrived on time and were so efficient with packing. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jay and Smart Move Logistics.

Smart Move Logistics saved me from a terrible U-Haul moving situation. They were patient, organized, punctual, and considerate. Definitely hire them. Jay is the best!
