We've used PBP 3x now and are never disappointed. Dimas de Pina was the lead during the move and he was exceptional. They were on time, and he made sure people followed directions to a T and were efficient and careful. I cannot say enough about his problem solving skills and willingness to go the extra mile. Any time it appeared something was too big, couldn't fit around a windy staircase, etc, he made miracles happen. So professional, conscientious and effective. His energy never flagged and he led by example. He was also terrific at communication and left nothing undone. I'll ask for him by name anytime we move.

Piece by Piece did a terrific job of moving items from Brookline to 2 Cape Cod homes (everything had to go into the basement) and then 2 days later they handled my clean out. They packed furniture for donation and took care of the "junk;" The elevator in my building went out in the middle of the move! Not only did they complete it, but they had to deal with building residents who were trying to use the second elevator. And it all came in at a little less than i expected. They were great.
