2 star just for them being polite but I was never satisfied with their service. Cheap but careless. They ended up damaging my glassware even of its properly packed and labeled as fragile, they’re lifting it like any other boxes. They also dinged the wall in the staircase while lifting stuff upstairs and scratch the floor.
