I was initially unsure about using River City Movers because I had always used Two Men and a Truck in the past. However, the estimate I received elsewhere was much higher than expected, so I decided to do some research and give River City Movers a call.<br><br>Jackson was the first person I spoke with, and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain their services, provide a realistic estimate, and answer all of my questions. He was professional, upfront, and courteous throughout the process. I also needed to verify and adjust some dates, and he followed up by email, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Once I decided to move forward, Joy finalized everything, sent my confirmation, and made the scheduling process easy and stress-free. Our move took place on the 16th, and the communication from start to finish was excellent.<br><br>The movers arrived on time, were polite and professional, and handled all of our household belongings with great care. The entire move went smoothly and efficiently.<br><br>Overall, this was a great experience, and I will absolutely use River City Movers again for any future moves. Highly recommended 5 stars!
