The Moving Crew

Moving, while exciting is also distressing.<br><br>Our unplanned move was necessitated as the owners of the house we were leasing needed their house back...in 30 days. Literally, we had less than a month to relocate. A month that included a long holiday when many businesses were closed.<br><br>We brought in three moving companies for estimates, as well as, to underscore we were under a serious time crunch. Daniel came in and was attentive, professional and understanding. It was clear from our first meeting that he wanted to lessen our stress level. As such, he offered recommendations on what we could do as our moving day was fast approaching.<br><br>For cost containment he recommended a team he knew to come in and pack our belongings. They came in and in one day all was professionally packed, stacked everything was ready to load.<br><br>He recommended another to transport our motorcycle. That individual came in, collected the bike and stored it a couple of days before delivering it to our new house.<br><br>We could see Daniel was well organized, supportive and skilled at his craft. He determined we needed two trucks, not one as recommended by a competitor. (Had that competitor brought a second truck the quoted price for the move would have been adjusted upward.)<br><br>Daniel was right, two trucks were needed, in fact both trucks were filled to capacity. Unexpectedly, the house we bought wouldn’t be available until one day after our scheduled move in date. Again, Daniel said he would hold the property in the truck for another day. All-in-all, Daniel was right, he did lessen our stress level considerably.<br><br>Daniel’s moving crew were dedicated, strong and hard working. They all arrived as scheduled on moving day. All were personable, considerate and kind. Even our shelter rescue dog who is yet a little skittish of everyone quickly warmed up to the crew.<br><br>Daniel’s team worked nonstop loading the trucks and completed the work within a few hours. Move in day was equally as smooth. They arrived, as scheduled, and started work right away. They worked nonstop and exhibited great care in moving our property.<br><br>The only time the work paused was when one would stop and ask where we wanted a certain item to be placed. The move truly unfolded without a hitch. It was timely, very professional. The overall cost was exactly as quoted, the packing, loading and unloading went like clockwork. Not one item was broken, nothing was scratched, not one item was lost. I strongly recommend choosing Daniel and his team “The Moving Crew” for any moves.
