“We had a fantastic experience with Jake & Jose Moving! They showed up on time, were incredibly flexible, and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Our move ended up taking the entire day, and they never once complained or made us feel rushed. They also deserve some serious credit for not giving up on our king size mattress when it absolutely did NOT want to make it up the stairs! 😂 They kept at it until they figured it out. Everyone was personable, respectful, friendly, and professional. Moving is stressful enough as it is, and having a crew that was so easy to work with made a huge difference. We would absolutely use Jake & Jose Moving again and happily recommend them to anyone looking for movers!”

“We booked Jake & Jose for a small move from our son’s apartment to a storage facility. We were informed they would come early afternoon but never given a time. After 5 phone calls and 2 texts with no response we finally went to U-Haul to book a truck and figure it out ourselves. It was now 3:00 pm. While at the U-Haul store, we saw Jake and Jose and asked them if they were getting ready to come and do our move. We were informed that they were going to call us and ask if we could pick a different day because they had to take the dog to the vet. We had driven 5 hours from Chicago and 1 hour from Cedar Falls to make this move on this day. I would not recommend these movers at all!”
