“Zach and Alex showed up on time as scheduled to start the moving. They are super friendly and professional guys. They both have great integrity and worked really hard in moving everything that was needed to be moved in a timely manner as estimated. They handled every item with care. Zach has great people skills and easy to do business with. Really nice guys. I would definitely use their service again and refer them to friends and family! Don’t bother getting more quotes. They are the kind of people who are genuinely helpful and honest.”

“Darryl, I've been holding off doing this hoping you would make it right but push has come to shove. Its been 7 weeks and I am still waiting for the 8 bolts that hold my bed together. We have reached out to you and you are not responding. I never complained about the damage that was done to some of my furniture but enough Is enough. I want my bolts. I am trying to buy some but having problems finding the right ones. Come on Darryl, did you lose them?”

“Completely disorganized and careless. I have used them a few times but this last move was the last straw. They lost bolts to bed frames and mirrors. Damaged furniture and wgen asked about the hardware made up excuse after excuse said they mailed it to us then when it arrived it wasnt even the correct hardware, now they ignore the messages and havent even tried to make it right. Do yourself a huge favor and spend a little extra money and use a different more reputable company that cares about your stuff.”

Zach Taylor went above and beyond when helping me move all my belongings from one apartment complex to another across town. I’m very grateful to have had his support through the whole moving process. He was very patient, understanding, and accommodating when my new apartment management moved my move-in date a couple more days out because my unit wasn’t ready. He offered lots of helpful advice he had learned from being in the business for so long that led me to make THE BEST decision when choosing what to do with yet another hiccup in the process. My appointment to sign my lease took longer than expected and he showed up at my old place early and started packing everything. He was quick and efficient, more than halfway done packing and loading everything when I finally got there an hour later. Everything was packed carefully and loaded intentionally to preserve and protect all my belongings before and during the transition. He brought everything up to my new place, assembled all the things that needed assembly, and arranged it all in place to be able to sleep comfortably that night and be able to live in the space until I unpacked more another day. I will be using his services in the future for all my moving needs because he offers THE BEST moving experience I’ve had in all the times I’ve moved… and I’ve moved A LOT.”

“Bad experience over priced and customer service doesn’t call back , they rude . I didn’t even get all my items there just lost this is the worst company to go to do NOT Go to this company!!!!!!! They don’t charge off of weight but space which is illegal . They will charge you 400 if they can’t fit an 18 wheeler at your house . Just to let y’all know I only had 400 lbs worth of stuff only one bedroom . I’m furious . And they will keep your stuff if you don’t pay al the amount they was also late by a week and a half .”

“Movers showed up 12 hours late and high, it took them 4+ hours to complete what should have been an hour job. Every box marked fragile was smashed. Two boxes with family memorabilia were missing. Both my Harleys were laying on their side with boxes piled on top. Bikes were dented, tail light smashed, grip, foot board, headlight damaged. Tape and strap marks ruined paint in several areas. Movers insurance offered $75 settlement.”

“Outstanding service. They moved heavy items from an apartment to our home. They were on time neat and clean. Our expensive furniture arrived perfect. Thank you for your hard work. I would use and suggest these young men anytime.”

“***UPDATE*** Since the owner wants to say I have the “wrong moving company” how is it the number that was provided on thumbtack ending in 9517 match the same one on this page? Worst company ever. We had an appointment for Friday between 2-3 showed up 2 1/2 hours late no apology. Once they heard we are moving on base the older gentleman had an attitude and stated they don’t have the person with them to move. He said he will put the stuff downstairs so in the morning they can load it all, then changed his mind and said he will be here 9am SHARP with an attitude. Saturday comes around 9am no one is here. I gave them 15 minutes then called the company. The guy who answered stated he will call dispatch and will give me a call. That was at 9:15, so I call back at 11:24 because I haven’t heard back he sent me to voicemail TWICE!! Now I’m stuck having to find another company that will help us because we have to be out of the house by Sunday. Don’t recommend, horrible attitudes, horrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“For anyone that comes in contact with this business it will be the worst mistake of your life. The movers were moving very very slowly. I think this was a tactic to run at the clock for additional money . The owner Daryl agreed on $500 after the total I was given came to $540. He then told me he could not send anyone to come back to get the eight boxes that his people left because I did not pay the full amount. See pictures attached they left these items in the hallway for two days, when I realize that they were there I called him immediately and he refused to send anyone out stating that I did not pay the amount that was originally agreed-upon. We did agree on $500 so that would be the full amount. He was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional, if you are looking for a mover, this is not the one that you want to choose. Please do not patronize this business at all.”

“Had a great moving experience with these guys, the Packers from CO, driver who delivered to PA, all awesome people. Pricing was adjusted accordingly so I did pay a little more. Did not have them move fragile items other than a TV which came in perfect shape. They may have done a little overestimate for cu. Ft but it was ballpark accurate. Shout out to Tomas from CO, and the South American 50 year old driver champ!! (Sorry forgot your name!) Dispatch relayed necessary info, and had payment doable over phone/card. Final payment was via certified check. First payment via Steve was simple and easy as well. Never heard back from him but he was pleasant to speak with as well.”

“By far the worst move we have ever encountered (moved 10 times). Long story short, all of your items will be broken, no joke and they won't do anything about it. Stay far far away.”

“‘Immediately charged $1000 more when they showed up. Wrapped a few items in old used torn cloths and charged full price for packing material. Said our cubic foot was doubled. Not true. There was once nice person in the office but the others were nasty and were threatening us on the phone to pay the balance immediately. Please do yourself a favor and educate yourself and do not use the brokers that contract. There are better moving companies out there. Items arrived with rubbed spots in furniture, bookcase was destroyed and boxes were wet. Delivery guys on receiving end were fantastic. The res of the experiment was horrible. Don’t make they mistake we made.”
