“These guys were amazing! Showed up on time and began moving out my boxes right right away. They either plastic wrapped or blanket wrapped my items to protect them. I tried to make it as easy as possible I was going from a first floor to a third. I had parking moving permits at both addresses from the city and it was great on the out move but in move the guys had to park across a busy street. Again, third floor. My furniture was tough to get up there as the house is old. But they did it, bloody hand and all. If you have a move, the owner is responsive and these guys bust their backs for you. Use them!”

“I am 100% satisfied with this moving experience. Our moving plan was sudden, deciding right the night before that we are moving. Cratos moving gave us an excellent response and they were a total LIFE SAVER. We called at 10:30 AM and scheduled for 2:00 PM. They came in half an hour earlier and we finished everything at 4:00 PM, despite us having loads of stuff. They were professional, experienced and efficient. Usually dont write any reviews - but this one, I must.”

He also was easy to reach when I had follow-up questions or needed to make adjustments. Liviu and his team did an incredible job packing and moving our 12-years worth of stuff out of a 3rd floor apartment with a narrow staircase in East Boston to the North Shore. Boston Moving Services really went above and beyond to protect our property and also to crate up six very delicate and expensive items, one of them being my great grandmother’s deco chandelier. “My wife and I recently moved from a home of 31 years and we are very happy that we used Annabelle's Moving and Storage. Oscar and his team arrived exactly on time and after a brief walk through they went to work like a Swat Team. They were fast, tireless, flexible, attentive, cheerful and efficient. I made some last minute decisions to not include a heavy couch, file cabinet and other items and they were more than happy to put them into a dumpster we had rented. They then went the extra mile on their own and broke down furniture in the dumpster to make sure there would be enough room for all future additions. This was above and beyond the call of duty. They also made sure all items we felt fragile were properly blanketed or bubble wrapped. They took our belongings to our storage facility and like Tetris Masters miraculously managed to fit everything we owned in to 20 x 10 unit, with room to spare. The final cost was tallied in a very precise and professional way and we ended up paying less than we expected. We will be sure to hire this team again when our new home is ready. “I had a terrific experience with Ray and Boston Moving Service. They moved our third floor apartment, furniture boxes and all, on a very hot June day. As it turns out, I thought I had described the extent of the job well enough and it looks like I may have fell short on that. Ray and one other very hard working gentleman completely the whole project in 8 hours. It was an incredibly trying day and they did not stop once; they stayed hydrated and kept moving. Despite the heat, and the fact that they probably could have used one more guy, they were very professional. They were so thorough ensuring I got all my items in the rooms that I wanted them to be and even paused to wait when I was unsure. Every item made it in one piece. I'm hoping to not be moving anytime in the near or distant future, but if I did, I will repeatedly hire BMS.”
