Moving company reviews in Boston

“3 Words: Moving with Care! We moved during a pandemic and are SO thankful for the professionalism of the crew! They worked tirelessly, thoroughly wrapping our furniture, taking care while loading and unloading and were incredibly careful and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better moving company. Highly recommend :)”

“Annabelle's Movers are awesome. Led by Mark, the team-leader for our move, they all were incredibly polite and respectful, fast, thorough. and careful. We couldn't have asked for a better set of guys to help us move from one large house to another, 2 states away. During one of the most stressful periods of your life, these are the guys you want on your side. Expertise, respect and empathy. It doesn't get any better.”

“Everything with our move went off without a hitch. From the courteous thorough planning with Randy (moving coordinator) to the efficient friendly work of the moving crew we were very impressed. We highly recommend Annabelle's.”

“The 4 gentlemen who helped with our move were efficient, hard-working and very easy to get along with... even when unanticipated challenges arose! I will recommend them to everyone I know and will hire them again too.”

“Couldn’t have asked for more during the busiest season of the year in Boston. Jeffrey was responsive, flexible, and professional throughout, and Aaron and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!”

“Jeffrey and team were very professional and handled the move carefully. They wrapped the furniture very carefully and were courteous to move the items around wherever needed. They were quick and took no breaks and got the job done with utmost care. Highly recommend them for moving!”

“We were super impressed by Grasso Family Moving. They moved a full truck load of antiques from our client in Malden to our furniture consignment shop in Canton. We have worked with many many movers over the last 18 years and Grass Family Moving definitely stands out as one of the best! They were extremely conscientious, professional and excellent with communication. A big shout-out for a 5 STAR moving company.”

“8/8/2020 Jeff Grasso is exceptional when it comes to moving. He takes great care and pride in everything he does. This is a small family owned business. You will not be treated as a number and these men do not rush through jobs but they do hustle and get the job done properly. Under Jeff's guidance each aspect of your move will be considered, He makes sure every item is wrapped and secured. He pays attention to every detail and has so much knowledge and experience. Along with this attention to the highest standard of moving items, the pricing is not only fair but very competitive. I have used his company twice now and both moves he has been amazing. Don't hesitate to employ their services. This is truly an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. My many thanks and best of wishes to Jeff and his crew. Moving can be very stressful and knowing you are in good hands can make all the difference.”

“LUMY team was fantastic, friendly and professional. They worked very quickly and beat their estimated time! The movers came exactly on time and got to work right away. I will definitely use them again! Thanks LUMY”

“The best moving experience our family has had! Ray was friendly and courteous from the first call through to the last box being moved. His rate was the most reasonable I received among 8 quotes in the area. We moved from Boston to the suburbs, and the move was done quickly and seamlessly. All necessary precautions were taken for COVID-19. Easily the best money we spent on our move, and I would recommend this service to anyone.”

“Very professional, neat and careful! We have used the services of a few moving companies in the last couple of years, but Road Runner by far has been the best moving and storage company. We hired them to move us out of our condominium to have our floors replaced and then move us back. David the representative could not have been any more helpful, he figured out the best way to store our furniture at the best price and when the construction was delayed, they were very accommodating in amending the remove back to our condominium. We strongly recommend Road Runner moving.”

“My second move with LUMY was perfect as the first one. Very efficient, professional and punctual. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend LUMY for any moving needs: packing, piano moving and storage services! Highest quality for fair price!”

“Boston Moving Service is the best! They were very prompt, personable, and quick! The staircase to my home is very narrow and was challenging, but the movers made it work no problem! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Very affordable! Five stars! -Caitlin McLoughlin”

“Very clean storage facility”

“I used Focus Moving when I moved into my new 2 bedroom apartment with my boyfriend in August 2019. I cannot recommend them enough! First of all, Liviu can really drive that truck! My old driveway was skinny, surrounded by concrete and on a busy road, and he backed into it with no problems. Secondly, my boyfriend and I were both shocked when they arrived with only a 2 man crew - we figured there would be 3 or 4 of them, but it didn't matter at all. They were SO fast. They moved us from Watertown to Stoneham, and end-to-end it only took 3.5 hours. All without elevator access at both 3rd floor properties. They were friendly, professional, and I will most definitely be using them again next time I move!”

“I can not say enough good things about this moving company. I've used a few moving companies in Boston and Focus is far above the rest. They were so hard working. We moved on a warm day and they never took a break. We also had a challenging move with steep/narrow stairs and they handled it without any damage to furniture. They even ended up moving a dresser through a second story window to accommodate the stairs. Their prices are reasonable, they are responsive and handled stuff with so much care. Highly, highly recommend!”

“I contracted this company to do my move from New York to Florida and they were very organized and knowledgeable. When it arrived to my home everything was intact and not even one scratch on my furniture. Ali and Gaber were amazing assembling everything together.and at a timely manner.”

“Highly satisfied with service. Keep their promises. Very professional and polite.”

“Great company to deal with!”

“Great place”

“wakefield moving and storege is a really good company they do there job right and on time i think you should use them the are a better company then any other moving company.”

“User friendly, reliable, dependable, affordable.”

“I have worked with Wakefield Moving and Storage now for over 2 years. They are great people who provide a quality moving experience for all. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving in the Boston area.”

“We worked with Peter at Astro Int'l to ship our personal belongings when we relocated from Boston to Singapore. It was a long move (to the other side of the world!) and we were concerned about whether or not our boxes would arrive, and if so, whether they would still be in good shape. Our fears were unfounded because Peter and his guys were professional and careful all throughout the packing and moving process. Peter was responsive via phone and email, and addressed our concerns patiently. The rates he quoted were fair and I feel like it was value-for-money and a good experience all around. Highly recommended.”

“Used Peter's services to move my things and a car to Denmark from Boston and had no issues what so ever. Peter is a stand up guy and although their facilities are modest to be polite, they do a top notch job. The price quoted was fair and no further expenses was added even though he told me early on that additional scaffolding might have to be build above the car. The time schedule was kept. I have no issues with recommending astro intl. to others.”
