Moving company reviews in Chicago

“I’ve used Melendez moving 5 times ….. great company …. Punctual …. Affordable…. Never an issue with anything so I’ll definitely keep recommending them to all my friends and anyone who asks about a mover …. Thanks for the help throughout the past 5 moves of my business and home moves”

“The crew was transparent, punctual and performed a great service. They made sure I fully understood what the service entailed and provided updates/check ins regularly. The moving part was seamless and easy thanks to the team. Highly recommend them for both local and cross-states moving.”

“Great company clean trucks friendly workers fast and careful movers”

“After countless hours of research, I decided to go with Otto Nelson Moving (and Mayflower) for my interstate move from Wisconsin to Colorado. I was SO impressed with the entire process from getting the quote to coordinating the move and the ultimate arrival of my belongings in Denver. Their team quoted me reasonably for my possessions (~5k for 1 bedroom apt when I was getting quoted 10k by multiple other movers), packed with great care and efficiency and arrived within the delivery window as they promised. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Moving is very stressful and their team made it so easy for me. Highly recommend going with them for any interstate moving needs. 5/5 stars!”

“I was moving my heavy furniture and large glass table out of a unit with no time to spare last weekend… it was Sunday afternoon when I strained my back and I needed to be out by Monday night. I called first thing Monday morning and Al was able to come out and get my truck loaded before noon at an extremely reasonable rate. The other places I tried wanted basically double as a minimum rate, and wouldn’t have gotten started until the afternoon. A Plus literally saved the day for me, thank you so much for being flexible and accommodating my poor planning!”

“Cannot say enough good things about this company. Milena was wonderful, assisting me with scheduling the move, planning my costs, explaining the whole process and being very responsive and kind. Mike and Kele (the delivery guys) were awesome too! They arrived on time and worked at a great phase. Super friendly, careful and respectful. This was the smoothest move I’ve ever had to go through. They also helped me assemble some furniture and made sure I was ok before they left. I would definitely recommend White City Movers! Don’t think twice, these guys are the best!!! Great prices too. Thank you very much!”

“Great service throughout the entire moving process and were so helpful throughout 2 days of moving. Highly recommend using this moving company and would definitely use them again!”

“Chicago Packers and Movers saved my last-minute move. They accommodated my urgent request and delivered flawlessly.”

“Having moved a few times, I found this move to be the easiest and the most stress-free ever! Phil, Amy, and the rest of their team were as knowledgeable and professional as it gets. We moved from a Chicago suburb to Indianapolis and they did the pickup and delivery within 24 hours of each other! They also took half of our belongings to a storage unit close to our new place. There wasn't a request that they disappointed on. I would confidently refer anyone to use them and my family will only use them going forward. Thank you for the outstanding service, Skyline!”

“17 July 23 /18 July 24 driver Roger and passenger Chris were awesome. Seen them a week prior.. for military moves.. these 2 are very professional, helpful, nice. Could keep going on and on. Cherish these 2 . lol hopefully we we’ll see them soon again. We need more like them on military moves. Or why not give them a raise lol 😁”

“I highly recommend Otto Nelson Moving and suggest Isaiah for any driving or moving needs. His exceptional service and professionalism make him stand out, and I am incredibly grateful for his outstanding assistance. The Best! Thank you again.”

“We just finished our moving with White City movers and it took about 8 hours for a two bedroom apartment and we are more than happy with the service they provided. Everything was professionally packed and stored. We will definitely be using them for our next move and we highly recommend them. Thank you guys”

“We recently chose Otto Nelson Moving for our move from our home of 14 years. We interviewed 4 companies and felt Otto Nelson was the best. We definitely made the right decision! Who can say they honestly enjoyed their moving crew and had fun with them? We can! Our crew of Trevare, Ramon and Nathan were simply the best and we’ve moved quite a bit. They were punctual, professional and cared about making sure our furniture was well protected during the move. We played music and laughed all while working. They were a joy! In addition Mikki in the office and Jonathan our first contact who came to our home to quote the job were top notch and very helpful. Not all companies come to your home personally, one of the four we interviewed did not. I highly recommend this company for your move and this crew. They’re number one in our book and everyone exceeded our expectations.”

“Professional, timely, affordable. And treated my property as their own. Highly recommended”

“They were great! The rates were reasonable. Brianna was very professional and patient with all my questions. They were flexible with my requests. The team that moved us were extremely careful. The were punctual and polite. They got to our house and moved very quickly. They were extremely careful about our possessions and our newly painted walls. They disassembled the furniture quickly and reassembled quickly also. It was smooth and less stressful than I had imagined. I would recommend them any time.”

“Mike was super friendly professional. I was curious to know how one guy could move a 360 lb safe down a flight of stairs by himself and he was happy to explain each step of the process. Best money I could have spent because even after his explanation I still would be afraid to risk it. You really have to know what you are doing and Mike did and he had the best prices around.”

“I have used white city movers twice this year - they are exceptional, efficient and very friendly. They advise when things need to be better protected, etc., and always have materials with them you can use. I will use them again! Thank you!”

“This review is to express my appreciation and downright awe of the skill, speed, and grace with which a team of movers from Moishe’s completed the final move-out from my downtown Manhattan artist/filmmaker loft. Curiously, this review is coming from Saigon (Vietnam) where I’m presently living, to sing praises for a move that took place on the other side of the planet only hours before this writing… this move took two companies, one to go to New England, and the other to stay in the city. Each was flawless. I want to convey a picture of the tender loving care with which four powerful men in blazing red tee-shirts and working as a team, engineered the dismantling, wrapping, lifting, packing, moving, truck loading, and final set-up of my century-old piano. These guys work in concert— non-stop, no talking, no hesitation, alone and together. Watching them, and please know that this is the second time I’ve used Moishe’s for a complex move, I’m left with the same feeling of amazement -- that I’ve been witness to a brilliant, spontaneous and utterly unique dance performance. That's how well they work together. Professional & elegant! Absolutely I recommend Moishe's Moving Systems.”

“I have used these guys for about 10 years now. The level of precision on how they get a machine through the tightest spaces is nothing less than impressive. They have solidified their position in this area as simply the best! Ray Sagan and Son's have high polish in everything they do and it shows from the communication/timelyness down to the sweet trucks they have that are always polished up.”
