“We hired Rick’s Moving to handle a full warehouse relocation over an incredibly tight weekend, and David, Raul, and their team absolutely saved the day. They worked with us on May 29th, 30th, and 31st, and from start to finish they embodied professionalism and top-tier customer service. These guys went above and beyond and really showcased why Rick’s Moving is one of the best moving companies in the Rio Grande Valley. They immediately understood the scope and scale of what needed to happen in such a short window, and they executed as a cohesive group, working as one. Very safe and careful with all items. Was very affordable. I’ve moved about a dozen times over the years and would put this company at the top of my list.”

“Today, I had two gentlemen deliver an order from Home Depot. Jones (hard to read the writing) and Milo. They assembled everything, took the trash, and were very friendly. The gentlemen were professional and kind to set everything up. I couldn’t ask for anything more. For goodness sakes, he sat there and helped me explore every cycle for the new washing machine to see how it works. I have had some delivery drivers come and throw away all of the manuals and paperwork. I wouldn’t have a clue on how to start the machine. However, Jones and Milo were highly knowledgeable, kind, and able to answer any questions that I had. If I ever have transportation needs, then I’d definitely recommend Jones Moving!
