We had an outstanding experience with this moving company during our transfer to our new facility. From the very beginning, their team was professional, dependable, organized, and extremely easy to work with. What stood out the most was how far above and beyond they went throughout the entire process. Their effort, flexibility, and availability made a huge difference for our team. We hired Rick’s Moving to handle a full warehouse relocation over an incredibly tight weekend, and David, Raul, and their team absolutely saved the day. They worked with us on May 29th, 30th, and 31st, and from start to finish they embodied professionalism and top-tier customer service. These guys went above and beyond and really showcased why Rick’s Moving is one of the best moving companies in the Rio Grande Valley. They immediately understood the scope and scale of what needed to happen in such a short window, and they executed as a cohesive group, working as one. Whenever something unexpected came up, they were right there to handle it. This was a major move involving office desks, chairs, cabinets, refrigerators, artwork, and much more. The crew handled everything, from carefully removing art off the walls to disassembling and reassembling all of our furniture and prepping it for the new location. They worked diligently and swiftly, with zero damage to a single one of our items. Their communication throughout was amazing. I also want to recognize the dispatch team and managers at Rick’s, who were instrumental in getting enough staffing and movers in place to get this done on time. Their dedication behind the scenes made all the difference. A huge thank you to David, Raul, the Rick’s management team, and everyone else who was part of our move. They stood by their commitments and their team proved it every step of the way. Given the chance, I’d hire them again in a heartbeat, we truly could not have done this without them.
