“Outbounds was easy to work with and helpful in finding a driver. The only downside is the company they matched me with only accepted cash, zelle, or money order. Because someone else was accepting my car on my behalf the only option left was zelle. This was inconvenient because the trucking company was flagged as suspicious by zelle/my bank and they would not allow the transaction to go through. Since my car was delivered on a holiday weekend, my bank was closed so I could not unfreeze the transaction. It would be more professional and much easier if there was a payment portal and drivers were paid by the company instead of cash or a third party app to pay the driver. It was extremely stressful but at least my car made it to its destination safely.”

“They sent two guys who worked hard the entire time. They helped box up some things also. They packed my pod like tetus. Nothing moved doing the shipping. They were friendly and on time.”

“My moving experience with Dena (owner) and Anthony‘s movers was beyond incredible! The team treated every item with the greatest of care as if it was their own furniture and belongings. I can say that I was moving from a single family home into an apartment as a single mother of two children is already a major undertaking, but this team put every box in its labeled location which made unpacking a breeze. After unpacking and inspecting everything, not a single item was broken and even delicate wood furniture was without a single scratch or ding. I don’t know how they managed to do it as when you move, you typically expect there to be some damages, but nothing; not a single damaged item in sight.
