Outbounds was easy to work with and helpful in finding a driver. The only downside is the company they matched me with only accepted cash, zelle, or money order. Because someone else was accepting my car on my behalf the only option left was zelle. This was inconvenient because the trucking company was flagged as suspicious by zelle/my bank and they would not allow the transaction to go through. Since my car was delivered on a holiday weekend, my bank was closed so I could not unfreeze the transaction. It would be more professional and much easier if there was a payment portal and drivers were paid by the company instead of cash or a third party app to pay the driver. It was extremely stressful but at least my car made it to its destination safely.
