“Not all bad, the guys that showed up to move my stuff were great, they showed up on time and got down to business, unfortunately my T.V stand was broken on the drive over (the top piece was separated from the bottom piece) not sure how because I did see him wrap it and handle with care, but the issue comes from when I paid for service and informed them on the issue i was told they would file a claim with there insurance and reimburse me but never got back with me about it, so if you have the time to plan and shop around weigh your options”

“Grandma’s Boys Movers did an amazing job with my move. I moved from a 10x10 storage unit into a new home, and they arrived on time, were polite and friendly, and quick! They did not complain about having to bring items to the second floor, and they completed the whole move for the exact price that they quoted me. I appreciate the all-in price rather than hourly rates. I felt great about tipping them extra for their great work! 10/10 would hire them again!”

“We used Unique Moving Services today for our moving needs. We provided a list of furniture that needs to be moved based on the photos available on the web, without looking for the exact number of items to be moved, thinking that if something small will be forgotten to be added to the list I would be able to get help with the move. We were not in the house by the time when we placed an order and could not look if anything else needed to be moved. Indeed, when we came to check, we found three more small shelves, 5+2 boxes (shown at the photo) and a lawn mower/cleaning devices (shown at the photo) that need to be moved with other furniture too. I was waiting for a reply with a quote for 3 days on my request until the quote was provided with a $775 quote to move three parts wall unit, a dinette table with 4 chairs, two buffets, three kitchen wall units, a small corner desk, a coffee table, and two rugs. All furniture, except a three wall unit was from Ashley furniture, so was not very heavy. The total move was for about 2.5 hours. Upon the truck's arrival, the move went on smoothly and the movers even agreed to load three small shelves in the track as a courtesy, so I was not expecting anything special about moving boxes and mower from the garage, as I did not negotiated for a lower price and I was thinking that for such move it is a very fair price, when suddenly one of the movers told that they are not obliged to move anything not listed in the quote. Usually, we respect people work and we give very good tips for their services, but I was so confused with the unhappiness and unfriendliness of the person, that I told that my tips will be very generous. After that the mower, blower, and grass cutter along with the boxes went to the track too. I tried to contact the person I was in touch for the quote to provide her with the photos of the extra items to add them and provide me with a new quote, but I was told the person went on vacation and will not answer the phone. Upon unloading, I was charged $1275 total for 2.5 or so hours of work. The movers did not leave the receipt for the work. The last question the person asked was if we have purchased the house or not? Not sure if that has anything to do with the moving business or not. Not sure which direction this business is moving but I cannot recommend this business to be used as a moving service. I did not find them customer friendly and the "tip" they charge without providing the receipt is very high. Most likely we will report this service to a Better Business Bureau.”

“This is the second time I have used ATCR to move. They are very affordable and hard working professionals. I hired them to load a 26-ft U-Haul truck with my belongings from a 3/2 1100 sq ft home. I had packed most (95%) of the items, but they wrapped all furniture in moving blankets while loading the truck. Jay even helped me dismantle a bed frame. I was quoted 3 movers for 3 hours for $295. They finished the job with 3 minutes to spare!! Very impressed. I would recommend ATCR to anyone who asks.<br>FYI- quotes I received from other companies were $700-800.”

“3.5 stars First off: Very nice, very careful, nothing broken or damaged. They had a tough job, we had a piano and a fridge that needed to be moved down a set of stairs as well as all of our regular furniture. I WOULD trust them to move fragile things like TVs. However: It took a lot longer than predicted. Not everything fit on the truck, so we had to rent a uhual to move the rest ourselves It was about double what they estimated (which was a big chunk more than I wanted to spend) I can’t find any of the cables for my electronics. I guess they took the cords off the TVs and stuff to move them. I cannot find them anywhere. They took our baby’s crib completely apart and then couldn’t put it back together because Florida law prohibits it. Since it was our first night we didn’t have internet at the new place and had no directions on how to reconstruct the crib. It was a mess. Overall, I wish I’d just paid half for them to move the piano and fridge and moved the boxes and stuff myself. I ended up moving half of the boxes myself anyway.”

They moved all of our things out of a three bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment, storage, and an office (3 stops!) and they did all of it in 5.5 hours. Couldn't be happier with their service.
