“I recently moved with Majestic in October and had a disappointing experience that I shared with management before writing this review and received no response. My quote clearly stated that everything would be wrapped. I had to continually ask the movers to please wrap things that they were carrying out unwrapped. Several items they said would be wrapped at the truck and weren’t. The items that weren’t wrapped were scratched pretty badly. See several example photos included. I also witnessed movers taping directly onto wood furniture to prevent the drawers from coming open. I had to carefully remove the tape which would have removed the finish and ask them to please wrap before taping. At my apartment, I also multiple times noticed someone instead of waiting for help, trying to move something heavy alone by dragging it across the wood floors. I am fined if the floors are scratched up badly enough and regardless I don’t want my furniture dragged around. They certainly left scratches on my current home’s floors. The quote also states they will disassemble and reassemble furniture, which they did. But, they would not have been able to had my building maintenance worker and I had tools available. I’ve never had movers show up without tools. What would they have done if we didn’t have any? More than that, I’m just really suprised at how slow the move was. I know the 4-5 hours is an estimate, but the move took 7 hours and I can’t help but think part of that was the constant smoke breaks and poor moving practices etc. The men who helped me were all very polite but I am quite disappointed by their carelessness and the condition in which my stuff has been left. I hope Majestic can understand my frustration and that I will had to give an honest review of my experience. I can only hope they will improve training and hold movers to higher standards of practice in the future.”

“Show no respect for military member. This was a miltary move.. Packers were great. However, when I contacted the company to see when products would be delivered. It took months before i was given a date to receive goods. Once delivered, there was only one person for the delivery and unpacking, so my son assisted the guy”

“Beware, Majestic Movers is fast to take your shipment, but slow to deliver. Communication is difficult and their promises and assurances mean nothing when they simply fail to followup, fail to return calls and fail to deliver as promised. I'm waiting 5 months for a delivery and still haven't received it, despite paying ontime and in full.”

“Majestic moved the contents of my one bedroom condo today - 3 friendly men showed up on time & were efficient, helpful & professional - they finished my move in just over an hour. Also, Kanika provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.😊”
